HI, I’M JULIA.
I’m a visual storyteller drawn to moments that feel honest, raw, or quietly powerful.
I use images to try and express what words sometimes can't. Whether through photography, film, or mixed media, I aim to create work that resonates on a deeper level. Something you feel before you analyze it.
Curiosity drives me. I ask questions, stay open, and see value in starting over when needed. I believe good work comes from attention, reflection, and genuine connection.
People describe me as clear-headed, creative, and grounded. I try to bring care, humor, and a sense of purpose to everything I make.

I love travelling with my family, exploring different countries and cultures. My camera is a must-pack item for capturing every memorable moment.
Fun fact: I've visited 28 territories/countries all over the world in the past 19 years!

Entrance Assignment
I drew this to get into the Media Design course. The corresponding theme is 'movement.' With this drawing, I aimed to illustrate how the architecture of buildings evolves gradually over time, and the gears beneath the island contribute to that motion.
